No Refund Policy

All of our manicure and nail services are non-refundable, but if you are not completely happy with our services, please let us know before you leave the salon. We will be happy to make any adjustments to the initial service, if we are notified at the time of service.

Guarantee

Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 business days after your day of service; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first seven days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 7 days or for breakages, tears, etc. will not be free. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed

Tardiness

Scheduled appointments have a 10-minute grace period to allow for traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 10 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. After 10 minutes the technician reserves the right to begin on another client.
